Love me some original recipe KFC

Came inside waited 15 minutes only to be told that. We are not taking orders at the moment that it would be a long wait because they are behind on orders. But are still taking orders for drive thru. I have never experienced this before.

Nice and clean place to eat. The employees could be a little friendlier. The table cleaner was a really nice guy. Update: 3/17/23 - The two kids working the drive-through could act like they are at work not at a party with all of the loud nonsense.

Ordered 8 piece bucket with sides and 8 tenders advertised online for deliveryon Uber Eats. Did not receive tenders or biscuits. Called to see if I could pick them up and no answer twice. Zero customer service.

I went after work on 1/27/24 and shalina (I think that’s how it’s spelled) was working the drive thru and she was the sweetest and most patient KFC worker I’ve ever seen. She was helping me figure out the menu, telling me deals. It’s a rarity to find someone so genuine and sweet. I really appreciate workers like shalina and I hope you guys too. She deserves the world!

I keep giving this store a shot but no more. Employees don’t want to be there. They are short and not into customer satisfaction. Not a hello or thx. Chicken is greasy salty & expensive $8 for 2 pieces no sides. . I’m done.

Just wanted 20 mins for no food. I watched so called cooks serving cold gravy and mashed potatoes. Asked if I could get help after 10 mins. No help. Finally I guess the manager decides he was going to help, but was playing on his phone and never took my order. Don't waste your time coming here.

Great food but very bad service. I had an order online, confirmed and paid. Arrived 2 hours before the locations stated closing time and the restaurant is locked. No answer at the drive through. Had to call KFC customer service for a refund.
