The owner refuses to bring back dine and the place is so nasty. The lobby never gets cleaned

Walked in thinking I could dine-in, nope, there were curtins up to block off tables & hall towards restrooms. I ordered & 1 of the cooks walked outside w gloves on opened the door where everyone touched the door handles, comes back in & doesn't switch out gloves & proceeds to handle the food. The employees looked liked they just rolled out of bed & came to work. The place smelled of old grease. It looked rundown & the soda machines were out of order. Needless to say I just left. Corporate needs to see how this place is managed.

I ordered on line at about noon to have my lunch delivered at where I work at, that's 3hrs before my lunch, and 15 mins before lunch I get a notification that it's been cancelled, I drive over to the store only to find out it's closed. AND NOW MY MONEY WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO ME FOR 72HRS. No phone calls no text message no nothing from the store since it was closed

Absolute trash customer service at this restaurant. I just stood up front for 15 minutes for a small takeout order while not one of the three emplyees said a word to me. Once I asked if a to go was ready, the employee that walked outside with friends when I first arrived walked back in and saw that it had been ready since before I was there. This is a repeated experience of poor customer service at this location and if it’s too hard with one car in the drive through and an empty lobby to assist the only one waiting for an order then just shut it down.

Love the colonel. Really good chicken sammiches. And love the KFC sause. Very similar to chick file sause. Love it. And the fries are probably best out of the competing chains. Super good fries.

Chili cheese dog, super greasy chili, hot dog was overdone,dry, and rubber like . Cheese curds were cold and rubber like. Won't ever go back.....
