KFC Manchester - Hyde Road

I pop in every so often and have always had a decent experience. However this week, pop in on a Tuesday after 8pm for a meal and it took more than 20 mins which was a bit of a shocker. When I got back home, the chicken was overcooked where the skin was burnt (the skins the best bit) and didn't look right. It was too much effort to drive back and complain directly. Won't pop into this branch again and will head to the Ashton store in the future.

Don’t go here. Food is awful. They serve you old and dry chicken that I wouldn’t even give to my dog to eat. Several times this happens. Look at the photos and you’ll see See how dark this chicken they gave to us was! Avoid at all costs !

Worst kfc experience ever uad

I've only just got my order delivered, it came on time but the chips are so dry, very bad taste nothing fresh about it, it's like chips of 2days, really bad

The worst KFC restaurant ever... food was horrible...

This is the worst kfc I have ever been to. The place was very full, people were complaining about waiting a long time. There was only one screen on to order food. The staff looked stressed out and disorganised. And that's not the worst thing I ordered, paid and waited for two hot drinks only to wait all that time and be told they don't have hot drinks. So why on earth was I able to select and pay for them on the screen and it taking my money? Shouldn't it say out of stock or something on the screen so customers cant pay for something thats not there and then waste time waiting?

Placed a order through the drive thru for a party bucket, 2 burger meals and a wrap meal plus extras - £70 worth of food, to get home for half of the chicken, no corn an cobs, half of chips missing, missing gravy - the box meals all thrown in different box/bags an Plus it was stone cold - burger buns were rock hard, ABSOLUTELY a mess it was! It was appalling!! At the time the inside of the restaurant was closed due to “technical issues”, but still serving food through drive thru and doing delivery orders through the drive thru as the delivery drivers were stood in the road - when taken the order back the manager didn’t apologised, was rude, tried saying the food wasn't cold - took 10 minutes to refund the order! I couldn’t explain how bad the order was! I wouldn’t recommend KFC in gorton ever again!

We ordered a boneless bucket . The food arrived . The sides are completely wrong . We ordered mash and received beans and corn on the cob, awful sides . The boneless chicken was hot the fries were ok but we like the mash : the popcorn chicken was freezing and the bbq chicken was barely warm . The cold chicken was not my gripe if I’m honest it was the sides. I spoke to the manager Nixon who was basically trying to say I will see what went on with the bag checkers . I have the sides here I don’t need my sides replacing if I ate the others which I haven’t because there disgusting: anyway I just said right so there is clearly a problem mistakes have been made and there not my mistakes . He just could not be get his head around the fact that I’m the customer I’ve paid £35 for an order that’s not only cold but the sides are wrong . Nixon if that really is his name promised to phone back . That’s 2 hours ago and he hasn’t rang back and he is now not answering the phone at Hyde road kfc. The fact he wanted to make sure I hadn’t ordered it. The fact the order shows they have made the mistake . I will see what I can do . Hello your the shift manager you should make sure good people are on important areas because he tried to say one is over 60ty years of age and the other one is too young . I just want my order replacing or refunding. It’s like he was blaming me for them getting my order wrong ‍♀️

stayed in que for 20 minuites because of shift hand over. requested no paprika on fries and still received paprika after complaining was reassured it was not paprika only to find out after eating it paprika was actually on it.
