Very friendly, prompt, and fresh food every time I visit this location. Clean dinning areas as well as bathrooms. Again great staff and food Parking: Morrison rd and Kipling in the Lakewood area, can't remember the shopping strip name but all you need in one location Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible

I bought a cod basket meal for $15. The cod pieces are small and not worth the price, I didn't care for their macaroni and cheese, not very tasty. But what was nice is the guy put an extra piece of cod in my meal . And I didn't even ask But probably because I had to wait like 15 minutes for them to bring my food outside. I was waiting for almost 20 minutes for my meal.

Placed my order online. Order confirmation said my order would be ready at 7:20. So I pull up at 7:20. Restaurant looks empty. I check the online tracker, and it says my order is ready. Great! Nope... Guy in the drive thru tells me my food isn't ready, and that I need to come inside and wait... I finally walk out around 7:40 with my food. Placing my order ahead of time was supposed to SAVE TIME...Why have an online tracker if it's not accurate?!? I ordered 2 combos, it's not like I order 40 pieces of chicken. I live right around the corner and stopped coming here because of bad service. I gave em another shot and they let me down again.

Tried to order food at 10:40 and they close at 11 but the employees inside wouldn’t serve us.

This location is really good! Owner must be very involved with the result of the food process. It seems like the employees actually give a damn…

Ordered bone in hot wings, they were old and dried up dark brown from old grease, cannot believe anyone would sell food this old. Safety means nothing to this place Parking: Ok

They left me out front waiting for 20 minutes. I finally requested a refund and they told me they can't do refunds, "it's impossible". Can't and won't are not mutually exclusive. The employees kept ignoring the request and tried to shove the food at me over and over and pretend I never asked for a refund. When I asked for a receipt to give corporate the receipt number for a refund, the supervisor on duty tried to ring up a new receipt that wasn't even paid. When I demanded my own receipt he told me he couldn't go that far back. (Maybe 5-6 new orders had been placed). Then he's trying to tell me the employees said I yelled at them and "it's on camera". Bro, I may have spoken sternly or even let a cussword slip, but I never yelled, good try, check your cams then... I won't be going back to any KFC after this. Filing a chargeback with my bank. They will pay more in fees than they would've if they just refunded me. UPDATE: The owner called me the following day and apologized. Apparently his policy is to not give refunds, however he expected the workers to use their discretion or maybe ask him in a situation such as this where the customer didn't even get the food. He offered to refund me either in person or through meal comps delivered by mail. Given the tension of the previous night I think it is best to go the coupon route. I will update the review once they show up.

Food wasn't good and triple charged my card. 100 bucks for a burger and some chicken tenders AND waited 15 minutes to get it. Hopefully get my money back. Will see. Not recommended
