KFC

Wasted almost half my lunch break to come get this for lunch. I ordered two items, one of which was correct. Ordered an extra crispy leg, she said over the intercom, “A leg?” I said yes please. So there, it was repeated. My total was unusually high so when I get to the window and am asked if I’d like my receipt I again said “Yes please”. My food was shoved at me and I was told to have a great day, no receipt. I don’t have time to complain and wait for them to come back and ask for it so whatever, I drive back to work to eat. I received and paid for an overcooked breast, made of nothing but bone and breading. If it were edible I wouldn’t complain. I also received an extra side I didn’t ask for. So who knows really how much I paid for what I didn’t ask for. Won’t be back as a two item order is apparently too much to comprehend. Christ.

02/17/24- My wife ordered online and I wanted to use a coupon so we both walked in. Cory was on duty. He was hustling getting orders ready, but it didn't stop him from greeting us. He made us feel welcomed. I saw the kiosk but I asked if it took coupons. Cory was polite and said he'd help me. We told him not to worry as one of the order he was filling was ours. Cory took my order and gave me a choice for the side. Cory said he was working all day. One wouldn't know this as he was pleasant. I hope management can recognize Cory for his positive attitude and great customer service! Thank you Cory! Ya Sabes, Joe! Kid-friendliness: They offer a kid meal that's perfect!

Went on a Monday evening. There were no customers inside. Placed our order which consisted of 2 adults and 2 kids. It was quite a wait which seemed unnecessary considering it was full staffed, drive thru had 2 cars and 1 Uber eats which was already ready to be picked up. Staff ignored us. Food was good and nothing was forgotten. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible and plenty of room to maneuver and can dine in.

Staff is very polite. Had a hard time finding a place to sit though, due to the fact that there were cleaning supplies (mop, bucket, etc) on 2 of the booths and on the other booth were dead flies. This is a food establishment, the customers should not be looking at flies while they are eating! Totally gross!

I know... it's just a KFC, but the staff at this location is incredible. They do a great job with the food, and the service is second to none! They will go above and beyond to accommodate their customers. We'll be back!
