Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered a family meal and was forced to park and wait for 45 minutes just to receive the WRONG ORDER!
Food is good. Staff are terrible. Last 3 visits, order wrong every time, when using the app and ordering in store. When I used the app, they charged me for everything, but missed an item (chicken pot pie). When I asked about it, the lady said they were out, but wouldn't refund any money or swap for another item. Said I had to take it up with the app not them!
Mala atención cierran antes de la hora que dice atienden pésimo no tienen nada por flojera de trabajar y llegué a las 8:30 y según cierran a las 11 es falso
I haven't ordered from KFC in years and now I see why. I just got my order from Uber . It's not even my whole order. The chicken has all the skin off of the chicken I'm missing my sides and extra biscuits I paid for. The biscuits are smashed. This is ridiculous. I work in the food industry and this is not acceptable
Pode melhorar, o frango não estava seco da gordura alias bem engordurado. Boa quantidade porém paguei $20 por 8 pedaços meio caro.
Paid $8.00 for chix tight, drum stick, mash with gravy and a biscuit. The chix was so small, it would be great for a 2 year old.
I went today at 11 and they rudely told me that they had already closed. I don't think so because their schedule says they close at 12:00pm. I am a recurring customer and it seems unfair to me
