The chicken we got last night was so hard we couldn't even eat it. It was almost closing and my daughter order 12 piece meal we were out of 40 dollar for that order. Whoever sold us that chicken knew that chicken was to hard. That was a lot of money for us not to enjoy our food. If you knew that chicken wasn't right and you all was closing, you should have said you were out if chicken.

Please don’t eat here! Something was off with the guy at the drive-through. My kids and I felt his energy, and his face was offputting. We got our food. My kid started drinking their drinks and told me something was wrong with their fruit punch. It tasted like toilet water. They immediately went home and had diarrhea. I have been calling them nonstop, and no one is picking up.

This location is severely understaffed, especially for peak lunch period. The same person was working both the drive thru window & front counter. She was doing the best she could given the circumstances. I think the owner or manager was the only one on the food prep line. The customer in front of me was bringing back a pot pie because it was cold in the middle. Gross. This was my first time trying the nuggets & taste rise they were ok but they were really dry from either being overcooked or sitting in the warmer for an extended period of time. Their signature mashed potatoes tasted like a pound of butter was in them. The drink fountain had issues as well. Extra "liquid" that I hope was either water or carbonation that spilled all over my hand and cup. It was a mess. I remember when individual sides were like $1.50 & now they're more than double that. $3.50 for coleslaw is beyond ridiculous. This what I would summarize as a 'sh!t show".

I spent $40 for a 12 piece meal and when I go home the chicken had been cooked in really old oil or shortening making the whole meal disgusting. Threw it out for the wildlife. The worst fried chicken I ever had. It smelled bad when I opened the box.

Was over $40 for 2 meals, no extras. Simply a chicken sand meal x 2. OVER $40...wtaf did I pay for. Definitely did not receive a meal worth $40, I'm so over these fast food places charging like its fine dining. It's not.
