I’ve been trying to call for two months to get my W-2s. Still no answer corporate won’t help. They tell me call store no help my car is broke down.

Just went here, there was a 30 minute wait for the Macaroni. Then after saying that’s fine we pull up and they also are out of bowls, chicken nuggets, basically everything. The staff is very unprofessional and ghetto. Don’t go here

Ex-employee comes in and shoots another KFC employee A. Teenage KFC employee B provides aid and saves the life of their coworker, A. Teenager B requests workman's comp. Gets fired. Location shut down only a few days later for health code violations. These problems come from the top, down. Three employee's lives affected by negligent management. Management that thinks it's a good idea to fire an employee after they're on the news - regardless of anything else, that is GENIUS level forethought. Great job! Hopefully this location is condemned by the health department, if any of the reviews from 2023 are anything to go by.

When you decide an employee that saved another employees life needs to be fired, you reap what you sow

Second time I use their app pay online because you have to get there they don't have the food I ordered they don't have anything besides bone in chicken no sides no biscuits no sandwiches wraps or tenders or nuggets nothing. They can't even give a refund but there is 6 employees inside doing nothing SMH NEVER AGAIN!!! both times I ordered this is the result. Do not go here unless you want to leave hungry and pay for food they had no intention on making

Ordered through the app, no issues. Get to the store at the time the app said to, was told at the drive through they were basically out of all food. Told them I had an online order, they said to pull around. At the window they said they can’t make anything on my order, I asked about a refund and they said I would have to “call the app”. Not sure if the app has become sentient or not, but I will try my best. Worst experience ever!

This place is an absolute joke. The chicken was burnt. The soda is flat. No ice for soda in the lobby soda machine. Do not waste your money here.
