This is the best kfc. You can order any selection any piece of chicken you want. Not like most, just throw any piece into your box. Great promotions, that other's dont have. Well worth checking it out.
Worse place ever!!! Floors is dirty, tables dirty, when we asked to clean the table, they give us towel to clean by self. Staff is rude. Rubish everywhere. Toilets not cleaned at all. When you ordering table service, they not bring it to your table, you have to wait till they shout your order number. So whats the point order table service with table number if anyway you have to pick up your food. Horrible place!
It’s a standard KFC out as you would expect it to be. With all the bells and whistles. The only negative, I found in this place is you have to ask the staff to unlock the washroom door for you, which is a bummer for me personally.
Ordered table service. They shouted over and said there's no table service. Ordered corn on the cob and mash. They told us they didn't have any after we ordered. Asked for a refund. They refunded for a small and not large. The toilet floor was like a swimming pool Disgraceful service
My recent visit to KFC Hume's drive-thru was a disappointing and frustrating experience. Despite expecting a quick and convenient service, I ended up waiting for an excessive amount of time before even being able to place my order. The drive-thru line moved at a snail's pace, and I waited for over 15 minutes at ordering point. This extended wait time was completely unreasonable, especially for a fast-food restaurant where efficiency is paramount. The staff seemed indifferent to the long queue of waiting customers. There was a noticeable lack of urgency, and no acknowledgment was made regarding the inconvenience caused by the delay. As a regular patron of KFC, I was deeply disappointed by the poor service experienced at the Hume location. Such prolonged wait times not only frustrate customers but also reflect poorly on the brand's reputation. I strongly urge the management of KFC Hume to address these issues promptly. Improvements in service efficiency and customer communication are essential to ensure a positive dining experience for patrons. Until meaningful changes are implemented, I am hesitant to return to the KFC Hume location and will consider alternative dining options where my time and patronage are valued.
I made 2 orders today at KFC. One was a 10 piece family feast and ones getting home I realised a box on beans was missing. I called the branch and spoke to someone called JC. He apologised and has communicated very nicely and said when I come in next next I will get an extra beans and accomodated us.
