It's fast food, I get that and I'm not reviewing the food. My main issues were the bathroom and the service. The bathroom was filthy, and the sink didn't work so you couldn't wash your hands, so after I saw that I should have asked for a refund. Prior to that, I ordered a deal, which includes a side and a drink. It somehow was $2 more than the listed menu price. I mentioned that to the employee who did not understand. Nor was I given a drink. The manager came up and says, "What's your problem?" So aside from being rude and reeking of cigarette smoke, my problem was that you charged me more than the menu price, and something about how it was I wanted fries, well yeah they're my side, and where's my drink. It's not worth the fight, especially as the manager got downright angry. Some stupid chicken isn't worth that. I won't be returning. Given the bathroom, dine at your own risk.

This place needs new management! Every time I have gone here to order multiple times they give me the food and are missing half of what I order. It takes 15-30 minutes to get the food so you would think they would double check to make sure. They never remember the dipping sauce and if they do it’s not the one I ask for. Went today and got 2 kids meals and a 12 piece nugget adult meal and one entire kids meal was missing and half the adult nuggets. $30 wasted at this place and I’m done giving them chances. I go through the drive thru for convenience for me but it’s not convenient if I have to get out to go inside for the rest of my meals that they should be getting correct. Do better!

The chicken was hot. Everything else was bad. The fries were super old, cold, and tasted like they were marinated in old oil. We were missing some of our food. Our biscuits were doughy and we paid way too much for that.. We also couldn't go back as it's out of the way for us. The service was not great either. No hello, no thank you, no please, no receipt, just nothing but telling us the total... Customer service? I don't think we'll be back..

Horrible customer service. Disgusting attitudes. Food was cold, old, and absolutely inedible. What happened? Won't be back. Thanks

This place is filthy. Will never eat food from this place again. We were there at 4:00 pm and 5 people working and no other customers around. Funny how they want to make big money but don't want to work for it. Disgusting.
