Everything was good

It cost me $20. for 2 piece and not a piece of white meat¿? I hadn't been there in so long, I had to order what used to b part of meal.as another side. And just wanted little extra gravy have to get an entire thing. That's ridiculous. I was so disappointed when I got back to hotel and saw what I got. It'll be a long long time b4 I go back

Orders are right 50% of the time. Went and ordered 2 meals and a extra sandwich. I ordered a 4 piece all dark w/ fries and a Pepsi, a #9 ( sandwich and nuggets w/ fries and drink ), and a sandwich. They gave me a 3 piece with mashed potatoes, and a #9. Sad part is I was the only car in line. But it's not the first mess up on me. I guess now and days KFC just doesn't care anymore.

You would think that after spending 60 dollars to feed my family, they would at least include sauces or offer them. The prices are going up but the quality is declining.

bought the 8 piece hotwing meal a while back and it was a total rip off scam. It was more like 4 pieces, because they take 1 wing and cleave it in two, then batter it up and serve 1/2 piece as 1 wing. First bite I took was full of splintered bones because they cleaved it and bone fragments were everywhere. I hadto run to the mirror and check if my gums were bleeding. We entering late stage capitalism with all these ridiculous price hikes and cost cutting measures.

I placed a mobile order for pickup today @ 1:45pm but I got there very late around 4:30pm and one of the staff, an east indian guy was very sarcastic and in a straight face told me that somebody picked up my order already. The supervisor was fine and asked about my order and I explained to him that I got caught up with something since I had my car serviced that took so long and I have my kids with me. The east indian guy in the back was very rude and told me that I put pickup time 1:45pm so I should pick it up at that time. And he said that if I receive my order cold that I will complain about it which was very assuming of him. I told him that I’m not complaining since I was the one that arrived late and I had to explain myself again. The east indian guy smirked, laughed and seemed so arrogant the way he talked to me. I wish staff would not come into conclusion about customers and the situations people get into because they dont know what really happened in the background. I wish there were more kfcs or establishments to choose from here in gainesville. I would not say I dont recommend kfc but instead I would try to avoid it if that particular east indian staff will be serving me food. He is someone who does not deserve to work in a place like kfc.
