Just close this location already. They never have any food ready but how can you blame them everyone knows not to come to this location

The new apple fritter things are the bomb a little pricey but damn good!!!!!

I ordered online for a 16 pc meal. I had my chicken pieces only legs and wings. Went my food got delivered I was amazed because the food was correct and was so fresh. Also all my sauces were there with plates sporks and napkins. It was a grate experience so thank you to everyone that made my family have a great dinner. Accuracy and freshness was on point.

This place is in what is considered a part of Fort Wayne but there food is always fresh. Service sux ppl including managers get mad when they have to wait on customers they prefer you to use their kiosk but I will not

Great lobby service,The way KFC is supposed to be. Now under new management, bright future for this store. I'm back here again 3 months later and still great service and all of my food is fresh and hot, to bad all restaurants are not like this! Im still amazed at the professionalism at this restaurant!

Ordered a 16pc meal but didn't get my biscuits

Asked when we got there if we could wait on fresh chicken (as we had a ways to drive with it) They said they still had 10 min on the fryer but assured us the chicken that was up was fresh (because they had been so busy)The chicken was luke warm at best, the nuggets were super dark (but still edible), fries small and cold also, biscuits were also super hard. Don’t usually have any issues at this location so maybe it was a fluke but it was definitely a “miss”this visit.

Bought the family meal for 4 but was still hungry and had to buy more. After spending over $40 it wasn't worth it. The chicken is not what it used to be. I think we paid for mostly bones.
