Food looked very bad, meat quality is questionable. Never again. Ordered extra crispy and it was clearly undercooked grease.

Bad attitude, I was ordering 8 pieces chicken only and requested only dark meat, this lady told thar they can't only do dark meat, obviously there is an option for dark meat only on their online menu. Wasted my time driving 6 miles for nothing.
Lady name Shaniqua, with the blueish short hair who talks at the drive thru was very rude and unprofessional. Hopefully your company can hire some nicer people. This area is too good for bad service like that. I will be calling corporate.
Second time having to wait for a simple online order, took 45 minutes for an 8 piece bucket, visit before this took 30 minutes. The staff love to yell and argue. Done with this location, will spend my hard earned with people who appreciate customers
The lady that was taking orders at the drive-thru today at approximately 5:30 PM (Mon, April 15) SERIOUSLY needs to get fired. Like how do you be so rude to someone trying to order? It's not my fault you hate your job and don't want to work. Her attitude was actually so crazy I drove off cause I didn't even want to eat there anymore. I thought I was at Popeyes for a second because of how terrible the service was. Everyone's had bad experiences with workers with attitude, but this lady was basically antagonizing me for trying to order! Crazy!
I order 12 piece meal for waited 40 minutes The works vety unkind and service no good. I never go back that place again.
Why was this place closed at 1003 when they aren't supposed to close until 1030? I haven't been to kfc in years and I'll keep not coming.
