I was at the restaurant on 16th and Federal in Denver, CO last week and was not happy with my order. I reached out to KFC and the store manager contacted me to tell me that i could go back to get my order fixed. I didn't go back till today and this time they nailed it and they were generous giving me my food for free. Thank you

Drive through: they took my order... I get home the order was taken incorrectly, the fries are not even filled it looks like half eaten fries. Not worth what I paid!

You guys are a joke...you charge me for an order that you can't make and then refuse to give me a refund. Never again will I spend my money at kfc
