I tried ording from here a week ago and no one was attending us even though there were 2 workers and no one else but a family with their food already. This weekend I ordered the new chizza through DoorDash and chicken was burnt, not only that I paid for my 2 sauces and never received them in the bag. Not DoorDash’s fault cause they don’t package the food. Honestly wouldn’t recommend even if it’s the nearest to you.
I didn't eat the food I purchased, it was for my passenger, but I was really impressed by the service at the drive through window. My passenger was an older lady, and kinda forgot/added things (more food after the initial total, then asked for 2 kinds of sauces, then ordered a rootbeer float at the pick up window, etc.) The giy at the window took care of her with a smile and great attitude. Instead of seeing her as a PITA, he recognized her as a sweet little lady, that just needed a moment. He gave her time, respect and all the consideration she needed, and deserved. His respectful, kind attitude and patience really made both of our days better! I wish I'd caught his name - he really deserves a pat on the back, and a raise, if that's how he handles all the "problem" customers. (He was a young black man working the drive through window on Thursday, Feb 29th, sometime between about 3:30 and 4:30 pm.)
