This location stays busy. They had a nasty customer who went overboard because the counter person a mild error but he corrected it. The customer went overboard and cursed a lot unnecessarily causing the counter person to verbally retaliate without cursing back. The manager came to the defense of the employee to handle the customer. I do think the manager has an aggressive style and impatient but alert. Could be the clientele being rowdy I suppose.

Ordered a large family meal in the drive thru rather late, but got it sooner than expected as the attendant advised it might take 20min. All was well!

I waited in the drive thru, at the speaker, for a few minutes before I proceeded to the window. I asked if they were closed cause nobody responded. The lady told me that the speaker was messed up and can’t hear anyone through the speaker. She had an attitude when she said it. I expected her to apologize about it, but she didn’t. If there’s a problem with the speaker, why the manager didn’t put a note or sign up letting us customers know what’s going on? This will be my last time coming up here cause the same lady who cashiers, always has a attitude

Ordered crispy and got original,,,didn't know until I got home

The store opens at 10:30 got there at 11:45 and was tryna figure out why the lady with the dread being so rude and she just got to work, we was sitting in the drive through for about 5mins no answer we went up to the window and asked are the taking orders she started that the headset was broken and was rude from then on….. If you don’t like your job find another job

Ordered my food, then was told "we not cookin no mo". Garbage staff.
