Got my food fash, fresh and hot. The staff were quick, friendly and efficient.

If I could give this location a 0 stars I would, me and my family were doing laundry right next door so we wanted to get a little snack. It was 6 in the evening, brought daylight, and the lobby was closed so we just decided to walk through the drive through. When it was our turn they wouldn’t even respond back to us so we just let the car behind us go ahead of us & they immediately greeted them. We saw a lot of people trying to go inside and were also turned away. Never coming back.

If I could give no stars;asked for original and got 3hr old crispy in old oil, disgusting . Even oil smells old

Ordered two combo meals. Asked if I could get them without drinks. Order taker said we won’t give you a drink but you still have to pay for them. So I said fine, give me two Pepsis. Got my order and drove off, not realizing I didn’t get my drinks or a receipt. Called and told them what happened, male who said he was the manager said they didn’t charge me for the drinks. I told him they said they had to charge me and I got no receipt to show they didn’t. New person said I was being disrespectful and hung up on me. I usually order from here once a week. No more. I’ll go to Popeyes instead.

Don't know how it is during the day but at 10:00 pm I suggest a different place for food. Extremely rude staff and the owners should REALLY consider looking for new employees..

If I could give zero stars I would. This KFC/Taco Bell used to be good. I have no idea what happened to it. The wait in the drive through is ridiculous! Why are we waiting so long for fast food? Just now, we're waiting and waiting. I finally get up to the window to pay. We pay, she's filling our drinks and then is scrolling on her phone. Then she finally puts the covers on our drinks and walks away. Out the door and away from behind the counter. No clue where she went. Finally get our food and the order is wrong. I asked my fiance to check before we left and he said we were good. I don't thunk he looked hard enough because we just wanted to get home and finally eat! Will NEVER go back to the location at all! I will now drive out of my way and go to the Taco Bell on Clybourn!
