Takes forever to get your food. Took 25 minutes just to get a chicken sandwhich and fries. Place sucks

I placed an order literally maybe 30 minutes ago and the mashed potatoes and gravy were good and so was the coleslaw. The only thing that wasn’t good was the soggy chicken they gave me like it was disgusting the way it felt when I picked it up it was so greasy and rubbery. It was gross and fried chicken should be crunchy and not soggy.
