Juiciest chicken I have ever ate! Great service, only coming here if I ever want a chicken sandwich, that i’m gonna love!

You never know the day any one particular person may be having, so when you're kind to a person having a really, really bad day, like us, it can mean the world. Lewis and his team really saved my husbands birthday tonight. I called inquiring about these new special "game day" coupons that another store had turned us away for because they didn't have the right buttons to ring us up for. I called the highway 58 location and Lewis answered. He took my name and # and said he'd call me back after talking to his boss. Five minutes later he said I can do that for you. This was no small order either. 36 pieces of chicken, 9 large sides, & 16 biscuits if I remember correctly. He and his team had the chicken cooking and ready when we got there only having to ask what sides we needed. We were there less than 10 minutes. I want to thank Lewis for his above and beyond approach, his kindness, and not making our order feel like a burden. I have a lot to say about Lewis, but I can't leave the rest of the crew out either. While we waited you could easily see everyone working, doing their job, and clearly communicating. Thank you all for your hard work. $15 an hr became obsolete a decade ago. I hope you all are making more, and if you aren't you surly deserve it. Stay kind ❤️

Had to wait 30 minutes for our meal. 1 order of chicken was cold the other order chicken was tough. Employees were not friendly. Waited 20 minutes to tell us they didn't have extra crispy chicken available

Skip the wraps. Egg roll sized and rubber chicken chewy. Employee was pleasant.

This KFC is HORRIBLE. literally always have attitudes and being smart for no reason. When you tell them something is wrong they start cursing like you're the child! i have never went to this kfc and not had a problem, even the managers brush you off and slams the window door in your face! i wish they fire the whole crew and get another one. all them attitudes just for the food to be horrible! please don't go to this KFC!!! especially if you have hungry toddlers in the car.

The food was too salty. Christmas Eve.

Waiting for over 20 minutes for an 8 pc dinner.........

The lady that took my order was rude and was rushing me to hurry up and order and was very rude to the boy working the window .. the employee look miserable I know I would be working with someone rude and hateful like that lady working night shift tonight Saturday Dec 9 2023

Food has always been good & service has been good. I hate to say it, but a grin or smile would be nice.
