Clearly the workers here don’t know the difference between a pot pie and a kfc bowl. Sure wish I would have got my pot pie this kfc bowl sucks.

Thank god this location closed. The food was awful, the chicken tasted like edible cardboard and I would’ve gotten better use of my money by buying scratchers in hope that pays for my retirement. At least this KFC will never hurt anybody ever again. I just wish they put a Popeyes here instead.

I had ordered original chicken and got extra crispy instead ! The chicken was really dry . I had ordered a 16 piece with large sides I asked for 2 mashed potatoes n gravy and 2 Mac n cheese. I got one mash potatoes and one small small Mac n cheese and somehow got 2 large coleslaw.. this isn't the first time my order has been wrong ! I spent over 70$ to feed my family!

This KFC is good the food has always been fresh and I have had short wait for my food. Staff has always attentive and nice Vegetarian options: Coleslaw, mash potatoes are fresh

I had ordered online on the app and once I got there, I realized I didn’t change one of my side dishes through the app so I had asked the employee who happened to be the manager before he handed me the food if he can switch out one of the sides for another one that’s the same price , and he stated that since I ordered through the “APP” therefore it was third-party and that he couldn’t do anything about it. I find it ridiculous just because I was not asking for him to add anything on my order. I was simply just asking him to switch out a side for a different one that cost the same amount $$ it’s not like I had even took the food before asking . I then went home and after opening up all the bags, I saw that some of the chicken was missing the breading, and it was very soggy and crumbly, and it look like it was made in dirty oil! I then called and spoke to the same manager, and stated that the quality of the chicken was bad and asked nicely if I can bring the entire meal back in the morning to get it re-made since it was near closing time, He then brought up again that he couldn’t do anything for me because I had ordered on the KFC app and not with them directly, I find it ridiculous I don’t see how that has anything to do with giving somebody horrible quality food. He then stated that out of a courtesy he would remake the order just this once but only if I brought back the food that instant. After I drove all the way back to KFC, he tried to tell me that he was only going to remake my “chicken” but after i complained and mentioned how all sides were cold now called because I had to drive all the way back because of their mistake he then did it, but it seemed like it was done forcefully. I just don’t understand the customer service and the food quality of this place And not only did I waste gas driving there four times but once I got back home, the chicken was still disgusting and to top it off he forgot to put my mashed potatoes and gravy in the bag. And didn’t give me any sauces for my chicken nuggets. This was the worst experience of my life, never going back. The workers should be embarrassed to be working there, giving out disgusting looking pieces of chicken, and providing bad customer service. As a former fast food worker, I would never treat a customer the way he did. using me “not ordering” directly through them as an excuse to give me horrible quality food was not OK. I’m sure he wouldn’t even have eaten it himself. You can tell there staff is very lazy, by the looks of the lobby and how the food is prepped and presented-_-

The new Mac n cheese wrap is pretty basic, but if you need a snack, there is nothing wrong with it.

Horrible staff, that was lazy and rude. Also chicken wasn’t even fully cooked, like how do you mess up cooking fried chicken and some tenders. Stay away from this location.
