I had my teenage son driving, so he placed the order. The man, who seemed to be the manager was very rude, kept rushing him after he had asked nicely for a minute to look over the menu. Mind you, there was no line at all. After we get to the window, no smile, just dead stare at my son like he was annoyed he was there giving them business. The two in the kitchen were pointing at my son and laughing. I’m guessing because he’s a 15 yr old driving a big truck? I don’t know. I was in the back seat watching it all. Little things like that, I let go because not worth our time. Anyways, I should have checked our order before we left. We were missing one of our 4 sides (fries), 3 pieces of chicken from our 16 piece family meal. I called for an hr and no answer. Our meal was over $50, and not worth it at all. Very disappointed. After reading the reviews you would think upper management would do something about this.
We were trying to order through the drive thru and the manager Clay kepted asking “is there anything else you’d like?” with a very rude tone. When we had told him multiple times to wait and he kepted yelling at us in drive thru rushing us to order. We couldn’t even order correctly or fast enough because of his constant questions of asking if we wanted anything else. Even when we pulled up to the window I tried to give him my opinion on his customer service while he kepted trying to get around the question and asking me something different about our order. We were tempted to cancel our order before our payment went through because we did not want to support a business especially with a manager who is supposedly supposed to lead his team the right way and Clay was not doing that. There was no line in the drive thru behind us or there seemed to be no one waiting in the lobby for food as well. No wonder this place has 2.5 stars and is empty often. For Clay it seemed normal for him to treat his customers this way I could only imagine what he does for his employees.

Well the reviews are definitely correct. This KFC is awful. Today is Tue Jan 30, 2024 and its currently 4 pm. I went to order the $20 fill up nugget and 4 pc box. I asked for all white meat for the 4 pc. The cashier told me that he was unable to do that. I said I'm happy to do an up charge but I do not like dark meat please only give me white. He told me "sorry I'm new I don't know how to do that." I said it's okay will you ask one of your co workers because I've done this request before. He said "no they only speak Spanish." Confused why it seemed to be such an inconvenience and now annoyed I said, "okay I'm allergic to dark meat" he said okay I'll just switch it out. Bro, why didn't we just start there. I ended up just leaving because I said, I'm not allergic but if your willing to figure it out for a food allergy you should want to figure out for a simple request for any customer. Also this was after 15 minutes of begging him to try and just ask for help. On to Canes where they are happy service their customers!
Bought 8 piece chicken. The chicken was soggy and bottom of the bucket was filled with grease. Have not had KFC in a long time. I will never go back.
We didn’t even get a chance to eat, it was probably about 45° in there, absolutely no reason to have this place so cold like that. It was colder inside than it is outside. Walked out and eating at the Tapatia across the street. Lower the AC manager.
