Perfect comfort food!

I went by at 9:20pm. It closes at 10pm. I went to their mic and the employees there proceeded to ignore me and when I drove past the window they turned off all the lights pretending no one was around . Even though all the employees had their cars parked in the parking. Right when I left the drive through is when I noticed 2 employees just sitting on their phones like this was a day to day thing they do to their customers. Honestly after a long shift and just wanting food. This was mad weird.

Customer service was poor people act like they didn't want to be at work

Food was too high in price !

Just placed a order through Door Dash. On the door dash menu it shows a advertisement for hot wings. But you cant find the item to order. So i called the KFC and asked them what to do? He asked for my name and said just order a 4 piece piece meal and ill just swap it out because it was close in price I did exactly what he said. What did i get? A 4 piece combo meal. No swap no wings! I called right away and said the order was wrong. His reply? They didnt tell me there was a swap. Then silence. I asked what to do. He said call Door Dash and cancel payment. I said thats not fair to the driver! Then silence. I asked again what your gonna do? He said call tomorrow. I said i want dinner tonight. Once again silence. I asked what his bleepimg name was, he was scared and refused to give it. Apparently KFC is having a very hard time finding competent employees. Sounds like it was his first job. He was thrilled when i said ill just call the manager. He was scared and wanted to get off the phone and get back to screwing orders up! So sad no customer service for someone who paid 28.00 for a meal that i never asked for and then to deal with that scared punk! Lol joke
