KFC

This review is the Coney Island Ave/Kings Highway Location specifying so all KFC don't leave a bad taste in your mouth 1. It's dirty, 2. Service bad, ask a question & they look at you like your stupid & don't or can't answer question. 3. Purchased the brownie cake & it was FROZEN, as soon as she handed the box to us you can tell because the box was so cold, asked the person who hands u the food did it come out of the freezer, she snidly replied no, asked why it was so cold she said because it was in the CHILLER. Really? what if you were eating in how do you eat ice cold brownies orceven you have to bring it home & heat it up she got nastier. 4. Get home to eat 3 piece chicken & it was all pink not cooked through, now have to not only heat brownie cake bit cook the chicken so we didn't get sick! Stay away from this we don't care attitude workers at this KFC.

Customer service is very slow, you wait on line for 15minutes,so someone can take your order

This place is horrible, they dont wear gloves, customer service is rude...

The service is absolutely crazy, I had to called corporate for a refund because they confirmed my order online and were out of everything. The manager is such a useless loudmouth very unprofessional.

Not a friendly-very below average spot. Every employee hates customers.
