KFC

I just placed a mobile order and it got canceled! I don’t understand what could have happened or maybe the driver wasn’t able to get there or whatever! However, as someone who works within the food service I understand things can get backed up and everything is all over the place! But as a customer if my order can’t get fulfilled, then maybe you guys need to try a different method in doing so! I see why you have 2.8 rating! I can imagine the attitudes in there as well as how you treat customers and delivery workers! So sad!

Nasty attitudes ,dirty and the place stinks. Overpriced food at that.

Really good kfc the food was fresh and they give really good service this location is 100x times better than 3rd ave and 149 st!

The staff was rude, it seems that they hate work there, also the chicken was bad, we ask for chicken breast and they give us what they want, also the place is very dirty

I used to come here often and recently my mother came in here to order food and she said that the tall lightskin bleached Jamaican worker was so nasty and spoke so disgusting. It's not what you say it's how you say it. I'm disgusted and I think that whoever is the manager there needs to know they have some nasty disrespectful unprofessional workers working here clean house get some new people in there. It's not only about making money you have to have good customer service too. Neither I nor my family will be buying anything from this restaurant anymore. This location will be losing a lot of business with nasty disgusting workers like that. I'm not the only customer who has complained about this particular worker. Her name is Nessa with the gold tooth at least that's what it says on the receipt. Watch out for this nasty lady with an attitude like that I wouldn't put it past her to do something to the food. Just nasty for no reason.

Ive been to many Kfc but i must say this one is the best .tiffany makes sure your food is always fresh recommend this kfc

Don't order from here because I just ordered food from here, and the biscuits were flat and tasted bad. Also, some of the chicken tenders didn't taste good, so don't order from here

Ordered 8 piece nuggets, got 7 pieces. In the same order, they did not give me any of that 3 sauces I paid for because they charge for em now. Also got 0 untensils even though I ordered a large corn bowl. Zero napkins as well. This is not the first time they did not give me condiments I paid for. Its like the 3rd. First time I am reviewing because now they deserve this review.
