I go to this KFC quite regularly, but now I guess its better to go the Burger King nearby instead. I feel that way since today a staff named Renee (unsure if I know the name correctly) treated me quite poorly. Initially, I asked to place the order, she didn’t came across and just kept on saying from afar to place the order only on the scanner. Then, when I was about to pay, I noticed a fare difference since I got confused between small / regular size - and asked her to change to another size. She started saying that she put the order through and can’t change the size - which is strange since no restaurant finalises the order before payment. Then, she kept saying to me that its my fault. Wouldn’t expect such awful behaviour from KFC at all.
Always too many people running around like headless chickens! (Pardon the pun) I even heard one member of staff swearing at another that they had stolen his order.
Got to be the worst kfc I have been to .
Ordered 4 meals for my family,got home and noticed they had got all 4 of the burgers wrong my kids don't eat mayonnaise but ended up with it on. Ordered 2 tower burgers again both come wrong, and I ended up with a plain burger on 2 bun bases. If they concentrated on the people who go to the restaurant rather than looking after the online orders they might get something right. Shocking
Absolute disgrace ! Rude staff . Twice I’ve been there now and had food missing . Rang them up to resolve the issue for them to put the phone down on me . Will not be going there again . So to avoid disappointment go to McDonald’s
Awful food over, over cooked chicken full of grease gravy was like paste and chips don't even want to talk about it
