More interested in sorting the delivery drivers to the point they started my order then left it to sort another order for delivery, got home part of the order was missing

Look, let's be realistic, it's a KFC. I'm not expecting loads, I only go if I'm ill or hungover. But EVERY time I go to this branch they get something wrong or miss something off my order. Today they've completely forgotten to give me my fries. I haven't had a single trip where they've gotten my order right. Staff are too busy chatting, and more interested in prioritising delivery drivers rather than in-person customers.

As you would expect from any KFC, but they don't have many tables as it only a small KFC.

Too busy yapping and trying to make each of their staff members laugh. They can’t be taken serious. Instead of prioritising their time for customers and delivery drivers who are in the store.

Not a very nice place lots of kids hanging around took a long time to get service food ok
