I just want to take a moment to express my gratitude to KFC. It's my son's absolute favorite place, and I can't thank you enough for the wonderful service and delicious food you provide. Every visit to KFC is a joy for my son, and yesterday was no exception. We had another amazing meal with you, and it truly made our day.
I ordered 2 rice boxes, and was waiting over 15 mins. When questioned where my order was, I was told they had technical issues, and I'd have to wait another 4-5 mins. Shocking for fast food
I don’t care for fast food places making mistakes, it happens and you can always fix it. But this place just doesn’t care. I came in to KFC to have lunch. I order a zinger box meal. The fries were good and one bite into the burger, the bottom bun was freezing cold. I asked the person at the front and she goes the mayo and lettuce make the bun cold - a complete lie, unless the mayo and lettuce is freezing cold, which no fast food place has ever had a problem with. However, maybe she didn’t understand - why would she. I asked for a replacement and guess what, the top bun was cold. It doesn’t take a genius to understand they just slap the food together with no care, even if they have the time. I eat the wings and one was pink, threw that away. I look into my chips and there is a hair in there, I have curly hair and this was straight from the man in the back as she was wearing a hijab. I would understand if the place was busy, it can happen. But, it was completely empty and she just done this because of her laziness. Clearly a mess. Just save yourselves and go to the maccies or dixy next door.
