What's the point of posting the hours you will be open, if you won't be open

Worst location Ever we bought a bucket of 8 piece. Chicken literally looked steamed it didn’t have any skin it was so moist it fell off it looked unappetizing n I chose extra crispy never again I’m coming here. I went inside the restaurant to exchange it n they denied me service talking about I touched the chicken smh KFC count ur days

Terrible service, you order one thing and they give you another, and the worst thing is that there isn't even an apology. You can imagine that even the cashier wants to quit.

Horrible experience that one young man with the long girly hair was very rude while taking my order. The chubby mexican girl handed me my food in a rude way seems like nobody wants to work nowadays 0 stars if i could

Ordered in drive thru no welcome or any response for 5 minutes til I said hi, then ordered and paid then they quickly rushed me to park in space and waited for over 15 min. Had to go inside to see What was taking long. Went inside and staff was just standing around. Manager came out and helped me and apologized. Got home and unsure if it was crispy or just my original recipe pieces were overcooked, so food wasn’t good

People were extremely nice and professional. Food was made quick and precise to order. Food was delicious.

Me and my wife and little boy came in and promptly placed our order to a young Hispanic man with no uniform on, and a young lady asking if he was on the clock to which he replied no, I'm always here. We got our order and it was wrong. My wife asked for my correct food order and it was promptly given to us. The biscuit was doughy, and the Mac and cheese cold. Very few popcorn licensed in the famous bowl. They had some people hanging out and it was loud in here. I can see why it has a 2.7 rating. I would give no stars if I could.
