KFC

This KFC has to be one of my favorites. My food was hot and fresh and they did not mess up my order. Finally got ALL my biscuits.

Customer service was excellent the lady working the front was supper patient and friendly. Unfortunately, the food did match this customer service. The food was old, like it’s been sitting there longer than it should have been. Mash potatoes, Mac and cheese, biscuits all old (past sitting times). The lobby was pretty dirty, but was quiet and peaceful, so that was nice. I paid $41 dollars that is a lot of money for food so the expectation should be high and the quality of the food should meet this. I work in the fast food industry and understand the stress, pressure, and being short staffed. All these things are understandable, but despite these struggles we still have a job to do and food quality should be top priority in the fast food industry.

I get it if you're busy I'll wait 5 10 or even 20 minutes that's fine but I do not like being completely ignored. At least acknowledge me and let me know what's going on

Ordered 4 piece tenders with mashed potatoes & Mac/cheese. Got 3 tenders with fries. Charged me extra for gravy which has never happened before. Food isn’t even hot… do yourselves a favor and eat somewhere else.

Chicken nuggets were old,cold and rubbery. Fries were also old and very cold, however the youngster at the drive thru was pleasantly nice and very respectful

I have always enjoyed the KFC . I really enjoy the slaw.

Staff was professional and friendly
