Bought dinner for all the family. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Chicken tenders are out of this world delicious. I was told the pot pue and famous bowl was great.

The only reason the service was a 4 is because when I got home, I didn't have my biscuits.

Food is good, but they need to get rid of hidden ingredients like MSG, maltodextrin and using hydrogenated oils, which cause NUMEROUS health issues, including cancer. Demand better.

I went through the drive-thru for a dinner meal and they did not have anything I requested I literally had to wait 12 minutes for my entree to be ready through the drive-thru that's after waiting through the drive-thru I had to pull up and wait 12 minutes for my chicken to be cooked this is regular original KFC chicken that I had to wait for and no mashed potatoes

Very good for fast food. The fried chicken livers were cooked perfectly, and there was a generous amount.

We love KFC. We got there at 10 pm from the airport that night, and was told they closed at 11 pm. We were told they were out of chicken. The only chicken available was chicken fingers. So we decided to order sides and biscuits only. But it will take about 6 minutes for biscuits. We were a little disappointed.
