Drive thru. Order taker, not professional. Food cold. No gravy on potatoes.

One word: GHETTO Two words: UNORGANIZED DISFUNCTIONAL

I order a 16pc mix,with 4 large sides,the food was horrible and not fresh and they give me very small peices of chicken filled with much grease, I paid to much money for this awful service, I will not be eating here again!!!!!!!!!

Young girl was very rude. Manager heard how she was talking and didn’t say anything. She wasn’t even the person that took my order, but had so much to say.

Went there at 12:44 on a Friday and doors were locked. No sign in sight explaining why or anything. Employees seen me at the door and just looked away and didn’t even acknowledge me. Horrible service.

I went to the Drive thru, the Service was ok… The Atmosphere of the Restaurant was a bit off, the Staff could have been more Friendly. The Drive Thru area could have been a bit cleaner as well. No Napkins were given, I honestly forgot to check before I left the Window, but I just assumed they giveNapkins since you’re Ordering Food!! The Food was tasty, it didn’t seem to have been sitting u see a Light for a while. The Temperature of the Food was Warm. The Side (Mashed Potatoes & Gravy) was ok as well.
