They obviously prefer for you to order online because they don’t want to bother with customers inside the store. The website photos are deceptive but offer a 40% off coupon an a 12 piece.

Slow, Grumpy, but it's KFC. I'm here once in a while with my kid, who loves the food. Also, I love their coleslaw. Usually, I don't review fast food unless it is notable. The drive thru is consistently slow and the service is, well, not good. Mostly, unfriendly and gruff. They had me pull around and when they brought the food, they couldn't remember what sauces, even though they asked twice. Dietary restrictions: Very few options for gluten free people. Mostly sides, green beans and coleslaw.

Negative stars for nasty attitude of unfriendly workers. Frequently out of items like biscuits and sweet tea although they have the ability to make more, but won’t because of laziness. Can’t stand how rude and unfriendly they always are too! Never any leadership present, so they just do what they want, unchecked. Don’t order here if you’re in a hurry - drive thru OR inside. Drive thru takes forever and don’t even think about parking and going inside to order instead because they will flat out IGNORE YOU!!! Worst KFC in Atlanta!

Waited 10 minutes to be told no biscuits or wings Poor customer service, place is dirty and need sweeping and mopping

I pull in the driveway, asking if you guys still have those small chicken sandwiches, they are not on the menu, I asked the guy where is it on the menu and he keeps asking me how many of them do I want, then saying yes I told you 3 times, I keep asking WHERE IS IT ON THE MENU? And he just kept giving me cr@ppy attitude, eventually I said never mind and drove away because of he is clearly having a bad day or something, and decided to take it on your customers. so good luck to y’all, to this location I’m not coming back.

Fix your prices on uber eats.taxing twice. Kids meal chicken sending ahhh and no hot sauce. Lol
