Opens only at 11am was very hungry and went at 10:08 and it’s not even open. Should update if they open at 11

No napkins, straws, cup lids or condiments readily available for customers, you have to ask for everything. Soda fountain area and dining tables were dirty. There was not enough staff and sometimes nobody at the cash register. Very sad place.

I ordered a 3 piece honey BBQ tender, they cut a chicken patty into three pieces without any sauce on it instead. I didn’t notice until I ate one and couldn’t bite through the meat. Also, the establishment closes at 1am, but I was told at 8pm that they are not making anymore gravy for the night. I had to get cold hard fries.This is the worse KFC ever! They are too stuck on wanting to close instead of customer service. DON’T COME HERE!

Not happy to order something that shows $8.49 then be told the total is $10.76 because the prices are wrong on the drive through menu.

Never go here. The last 2 times I've gone(about 6 months apart), I had long waits and poor quality food. I understand long waits given the staffing shortage but poor quality food (cold, extremely greasy, incorrect items) shouldn't be an issue. After what happened today, I will never return. I went through to get lunch for myself and two coworkers. After ordering our 3 meals,(Also, after each item he annoyingly asked "is that it?") the guy taking the orders complains "Jesus Christ, dude!" I said back "Jesus Christ?" And he replies that I ordered way to much food. I sat for a second and just said "You know what, screw this, I'm leaving" so I pulled out of line. He then hangs out the Drive Thru window (mind you, there is a customer currently at the window) and starts yelling at me, very loudly too so I'm sure the person at the window loved that. I stopped and looked back at him and he just keeps yelling until I drove away and couldn't hear him any long. Never again.

Staffs seemed to be stressed out or overworked or whatever. Not so happy to be there and get your meal

Fast, and fresh. Nice staff
