Kevin's NOFRILLS Calgary

I like this location as the stock gets rotated and removed when it's obvious expiration of goods has occurred. Other no frills locations have goods such as produce on sale when it's clearly ( not debatable ) perished goods not even meant for the dead to eat it's just that bad. Store is clean and orderly.

This store has some serious food display issues. Why do they have a certified halal certified corner but have PORK and HAM, right beside Halal produce? Separated by a plastic divider. Can’t the halal produce be placed next to seafood or poultry? I really wonder how this store got its certification.

A small, clean, well-laid out discount grocery store. I find the fresh produce and fresh meat availability can sometimes be lacking. Not a lot of international food selection. However, you can count on boxed, canned and frozen food to be in stock. The store is No Frills and doesn't carry a wide variety of brands, but just enough.

Cashier's attitude was very unprofessional. The staff doesn't seem so happy to be working there. Every time! Every time! Why? Need call Loblaws?
