Mid but 3 dollar tacos are alright you know
I was planning on eating here and buying a vape across the street. I parked here and ran across the street because the vape shop was about to close. I was gone from around 10 mins and when I came back for dinner my vehicle was tagged and booted. It cost me $100 to get the boot off my vehicle. I tried explaining I was going to go in for tacos and the person booted my vehicle could watch me go inside the establishment and he didn’t care. I understand the parking lot is reserved for their customers but I was their customer. I would have happily gone in and supported the establishment and purchased food from them but when I have to pay $100 to get the boot off my vehicle and there’s no reasoning with them I can’t afford to pay $100 for parking plus whatever they charge for food. I would have happily brought out a receipt showing I supported their establishment but they didn’t care. I understand I was in the wrong for going somewhere else first but it was only because of the hours or operation between the two places. I felt like my business wasn’t valued regardless of my efforts to comply with their rules on parking. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never go back. Parking: They will boot your car and make you pay to get out. Stay away from this establishment.
The breakfast tacos were quite good, though you definitely want to grab the hot sauces from the counter up front. The real star of the show for us was the Queso Flight.
Ordered a John breakfast taco and burrito with beef fajita. I’ve had more fajita meat from a single piece in a TC taco. The John had so much opportunity but turned out to be bland and disappointing.
Great tacos!!!! Best Baja shrimp tacos I’ve ever had.
The cashier was very nice and the food was delicious. Will be back again.
Got the breakfast taco. I would definelty go here again. Very close to UT campus
