3/17/2024 Omelette & potatoes weren’t done all the way. Service was descent. Last time I was here, everything was good.

Wow, horrible service. The staff was rude and unpleasant. They are a bit unorganized and don't handle stress well and I wouldn't return based on that. The manager(Spanish) and another manager(Donna?)were not helpful when it came to a smooth flow. I personally witnessed chatting at the front, heard gossiping about the hostess, Donna (?) and complaints about management AND staff. How is management complaining about management? That's the last thing a customer wants to hear. I was shocked at the unprofessional behavior. I was shocked to hear staff talking to customers rudely at the door. You can have all the pretty food you want, but if your staff sucks and management stinks...the food doesn't even matter. I'll go to IHOP first before going to KeKe's again. JUST to have better service and atmosphere.

Ordered online for pickup, order did not appear to go through, and no email. We called and tried to order on the phone, and they said online wasn't working and they don't accept phone orders. 30 minutes later, a charge popped up on my card We called again, and they said it wasn't their fault, and they will not refund the order since they made it (.5 hour after we attempted to order online) The final person (said they were manager but wouldnt give name) on the phone said we don't manage the website but corporate does, and we should dispute the charge as fraud with the credit card company...what a joke. I will be sending the phone recordings to corporate when they open first thing Monday.

Brought my family in for lunch. Really nice staff pretty good food would recommend.

This is a little pricey for breakfast/brunch so thought let's try. Not really impressed. Eggs Benedict, my poached eggs were hard poached, nice sized/thick Canadian bacon. Got a short stack of pancakes, they don't have real maple syrup. Not even an option to buy a little jar or anything. Their competition is First Watch and Cracker Barrel, bot of which offers REAL SYRUP...I know 95% of Americans don't care about that, but for the 5% ...it's nice to offer that, we'll even PAY FOR IT.

Food and service was great. Loved the fresh potatoes and turkey bacon.

Literally called today (3/10/2024) to see if they were hiring because I didn’t really see any positions available for this location on their website but I just wanted to be sure thinking that they probably didn’t updated it. Once they answered I asked and they put me on hold to see and later on hung up on me. Called back to see, a different lady answered the phone and I told her what happened and she said that she knew she hung up because they were busy I told her she could’ve handled that in a better way she could’ve just said to call back later but she proceeded to ignore me. Don’t even bother to go to this location cause the staff is just disrespectful.
