The Food: The dinner at Kaya was one of our favorite dining experiences in a long, long time. Wave after wave of meticulously assembled dishes that would rival any 5-star, white tablecloth, squads of chefs with tweezers restaurant arrive at table with the homey casualness of “Hey, look what we made for you.” The flavor profiles are perfect and sublime, and the quality of the unusual, diverse ingredients are amazing and fresh. There was not one missed note in the whole parade of dishes. The Place: The warmth and care of the staff at Kaya is extraordinary. When we opened the door, the hostess smiled the smile of someone happy to see an old friend. Our server was familiar and charming. She explained the complex dishes concisely and with an eagerness that signaled “you are gonna love this!” The whole place is a masterclass in hospitality. The set menu is the way to go. Also, upgrade to the king crab rice.

On a random Tuesday night while me and my sister are in town, as Filipinos, we decided to try Kaya. It has a nice outdoor area but it was full so we sat at the bar. That turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. Renate (the awesomest bartender ever) was very knowledgeable, fun, engaging, and just overall the coolest. She special made a drink for me by asking what kind of drink I typically like. What she concocted was perfect. Now let's talk about the food. Everything we ordered was delicious and flavorful. Not traditionally made Filipino dishes but tailor made with a modern twist and the perfect amount of underlying Filipino flavors. The pancit was full of flavor, the cod was delicious (Tanique Bistek), and the Wagyu tapa was soooooo delicious. I will dream about that wagyu tapa! It's a must try. The desserts were great. The silvana cookie is life changing (per Renate and she wasn't wrong). The kalamansi pie was refreshing and is a must have. We had a great time with the couples sitting at the bar. Renate made the experience extra special, extra fun. She made us a round of daiquri shots, let us taste the Filipino Kasama rum and we had an amazing dining experience! Service was top notch! We will definitely be back next time we're in town.

I absolutely adore this restaurant, my wife and I have been at least two dozen times with a mixture of A La Carte, Tasting Menu, and Brunch. Nearly everything we've tried has been an absolutely fantastic. The bartenders standout as some of my favorite in town, always fun cocktails and drinks. I feel like family when I come here, service is always impeccable.

First time ever doing a dinner like this! Sorry, I'm not a food picture taker kind of person, but trust me this food is great! TBH food is food to me, when I'm hungry I eat. So basically eating is just survival to me and nothing else, but let me say the service, atmosphere, and food was amazing. Everyone that came to our table to drop food off was extremely pleasant and you can really tell that all the people that work there really love what they do and take pride in it. These are items I would have never ordered at a restaurant so it was nice to just be handed food and then just eating it. Soooo good! There wasn't one thing that I didn't like! This is a must to visit and enjoy everything about it. P.S. the menu changes per the season... so every time you go, there will be items removed and items added so it will never just be the same food!! Dietary restrictions: They will ask you about any allergies you may have and will cater to that - I don't have any but that's an awesome feature to offer!!

My partner and I went for our 10 year anniversary and Kaya did not disappoint! We got the Sama Sama prix fixe and everything was delicious, the Sinigaang was divine and perfect for a cold night. They also don't slack on their vegetarian dish, the fresh lumpia was beautiful to look at was a very tasty. Also, Chef Lordfer came around and asked how the food was, he wished us a happy 10 year anniversary as well, they are all so hospitable. Thank you to the Kaya team for creating a beautiful atmosphere, delicious menu, and having an amazing staff. You've raised the bar for Filipino food for sure! We will definitely be coming back soon ❤️

The food was a little salty, but the service was great. The ambience is also good and I like the desserts. A new experience in Filipino cuisine!
