They did an amazing job on a lemon cake with buttercream frosting for my daughter. Cake was ready for pick-up at expected time. Note: I ordered in person, then called to confirm they had my order. It would be great if they had a cake menu to order from in the future.

Went in at 7:30am and asked for a cake for the afternoon for my husband’s birthday. They said that I had to order 2-3 days in advance. I understood. The woman behind the counter said that the cake in the display was only one day old. The cake was for my husband’s birthday. I picked out the chocolate mousse cake and paid in full $30 cash. Went to pick it up later around 4pm and the icing was cracked. When attempting to place the candles, the buttercream was stiff. After cutting into it later, the cake was hard and stale. I will no longer be giving this place my business. I am disappointed I spent $30 on a stale cake from a “bakery.” I would have been better off buying a cake from the grocery store.

Great bakery with lots of choices! High quality ingredients , friendly service! I would recommend their cakes for any birthday parties so good!

I got the pancakes for my son. He really liked them. I got a ham, egg, cheese sandwich, it was good and it was done quick. I did see a couple of dishes I'd like to try.

I love this bakery and all the people that work there. They also make really good sandwiches and serve great coffee. Additionally, they do specials for students (the store is across the street from a school), and I think that is a nice touch and a friendly neighborhood thing to offer. I wish them much success in the future because they are a great addition to Woodlawn

Steak chunks with onions & arroz con gandules. Ribs with rice & beans Both very good and very tasty! Price for each small platter as shown in the photo is just too high for the portions and will limit my visits.
