Kathy's has the best cortadito you'll ever have however her prices aren't listed nor consistent. Paid $14 for a sandwich and a coffee. Came back and got two sandwiches, a coffee and a water for $41 lol. The food is good but fair warning.
By far the best Cuban bread in all of Jacksonville.
