Einstein once noted, “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results”. I wish Katch could’ve saved me from my multiple disappointing visits over the years because I officially announce I’ve gone crazy. Upon my last visit, the customer service was ultimately non-exisitent. They did not check in on us over the course of 3 hours, they brought the wrong food for 2/5 of our group, and for one person they completely forgot to make their food at all. You would think this would maybe happen after being completely crowded but it was a manageable Sunday afternoon. I must note that in the past, I’ve noticed how friendly management is and I’m rooting for them. I know they can turn this around. While I won’t be returning, I truly hope they remedy their food service & quality immediately.

Today we went in for the bottomless brunch. We waited over an hour for our food. And the drinks seemed watery. I went for my sister's birthday they were supposed to bring the desert with sparklers and ended up just flat out bringing her the desert no birthday song nothing. The lava cake was burned and hard the salmon was dry and needed at least salt and pepper. I was highly disappointed in the food and service of this establishment. It got so many good reviews and was a let down big time.

The staff is great and the bartenders are lovely and welcoming. Noise level is super high.

Fun place to hang out with friends. You can watch all the sports games. Happy hour specials are decently priced.

Easter at Katch was awesome! Every dish that we ordered was cooked to perfection and the cocktails were off the chain! The Easter Bunny was there giving out chocolate Easter eggs and keeping everyone in the Easter mood. Mr. And Mrs. Katch really care for their customers.

Wouldn’t go here again! Owner was so rude and disrespectful.

To be honest over hyped wasn't impressed with this place it seems to be the cheap deal of the area with everyone coming early and don't come at 5pm. The gaint drinks they offer u have to be careful of them because of the lights they put in them have a plastic tab to activate them u have to pull them out, one of mine was left in for which could have been swallowed if I wasn't paying attention. I should've known how things were going to be when upon entering the glass door fell off the hinge they had to fix it to get in. I should've took a pic of that. They took so long all my food came at the same time not staggered. U figure after traveling over an hour from New Jersey u could right home about won't be coming back say the least. Alot of work has to be done.

They have giant shareable fishbowl cocktails and a fab 2 hour Katch Bottomless Brunch at $22 with the order of any entree dish where you can get a range of cocktails like Caipirinhas, Margs, Katch Brew, Rum Punch, Bellini, Mimosa, Bloody’s, Sangria and Prosecco! ️ So we tried both! What we got: Their giant Mega Margarita and Fishbowl cocktails Katch bottomless brunch trying out their Caipirinhas, strawberry margarita and rum punch Pepper Jack cheese stuffed jalapeños ️ Billion Dollar Brunch Burger Raspberry baked brie Breakfast tacos Hennessy BBQ Pork Ribs bowl on cheesy grits Everything was so tasty with hearty serves and the drinks were AMAAAAAZING Can’t wait to come back again already
