Karaoke City

Racist scammers at the bar; they also don’t follow DOH rules and business regulations. Come for karaoke but steer clear of the bar and be careful if you’re Black or Latino. They will basically scam you out of money and say it’s the “tax and tip”

The staff wasn’t friendly at all. As soon as we got there it felt like we weren’t even welcome. Good rooms but not great staff.

Awful Service and the workers were very racist. For 60.00 dollars for only to be given 3 hrs is highway robbery and no food was being served and the space of the room we was in had no windows and very hot. Then we had to leave in hurry at exactly 11:00 because you would have taken additional money off the persons credit card if it went over 10 min. This is a horrible, horrible place and you will never ever see me patronize it ever again. This was a birthday party given to a man's wife and you shorted her making it very unpleasant for her to enjoy her birthday. Your a racist and prejudice culture of people who don't like black people. FACTS!!!

Don't go to this place if you're black or afro latina. My guests had a birthday party here, and that staff jipped/stole money us cause we were black as well as only give us 3 hours, when we saw we can have more. They lied and said they don't cook food, but it clearly states they do. Korean people need to get it together, or get out of the US. DON'T COME HERE IF YOU ARE BLACK AND AFRO-LATINA

Staff was really rude and kept interrupting us

GAGOPA BUT WORSE Kept interrupting us during karaoke. They shattered a soju glass on our table, did not apologize, and did not replace the cups on the table. The shatter soju sprayed everywhere and we had to help them cleanup, taking time out of our karaoke, and acted annoyed when we asked for the cups to be replaced? Despite this, there were no apologies made. Our group were excited to come here, but we had to come out disappointed and our mood ruined. We had a soju bottle in our bag from pregaming beforehand, and we were threatened to be charged extra despite not having taken it out. During our karaoke, we were asked for a preemptive bag check without our permission. If there had to be a bag check, we would preferred to have it beforehand or the bag held at the front desk. Instead, this interrupted our session and ruined the mood. During the karaoke, we ordered soju and fries from this place because we wanted to support a local business, but it was a mistake. If anyone wants a great karaoke, a significantly better place is Gagopa.
