Had a fun night in this karaoke place! Song collection was okay but would be better if they also have songs of different languages e.g Chinese, Korean and Arabic songs etc Staff were friendly and nice

Really tired and scruffy booths and facilities. Rude staff. Not great!

A bit expensive, and the song list hasn’t been updated in a long while. The rooms are a tad tired, but my friend and I had fun.

I would give Karaoke Box no stars if I could. I've been coming here for years with different groups of people, but tonight, they really let us down. We bought a good amount of drinks as it was my brother's birthday. First, the mics didn't work (so we had to swap them twice), as there was feedback, then the volume was too low, and we couldn't hear the music after they tried to fix the mics. We asked and were told they'd give us the extra time to make it up as it took around 20 mins to get everything working correctly. But, they came to throw us out 5 mins after the original time. These issues are easily sorted out by maintaining rooms when they have back-to-back bookings. The bouncer was aggressive towards two females in our group who were upstairs waiting for us, as we were talking to the managers. After we complained downstairs, they offered us 30 mins free in the future, but I personally won't ever be back - I don't want or need the drama. Other places are better maintained, too. This was a place I recommended to friends and colleagues in the past due to the customer service, but I won't be doing that again now.

No food, not good quality of the Microphones. Room too tiny

Went with a group for sisters birthday. Security didn’t let us in, so I approached to query age entry requirements (all our group was 18+), he shoved me off the front of the shop into the pavement & shouted at me. Stay away! Looked like he was on drugs with his aggressive behaviour. Asked various members of staff for help with what had happened, they all refused to even call the manager & were ignoring the whole situation. Threatening, aggressive security who physically pushed me for asking what age requirements are for entry. Have reported to police. Stay Away! Many other karaoke bars locally, where you aren’t assaulted & treated with such disrespect.
