Took my family here on a Tuesday night for dinner. I was very excited about it as I’ve been to the Etobicoke and Mississauga location a few times and it’s always been good (although I must mention not as good as it used to be). Unfortunately, I am not able to say the same for this location. I had called in advance to see if they were wheelchair accessible, they said yes. But there was no proper designated space inside the restaurant for a wheelchair. The bathroom is small and hard for the wheelchair to get in. There was 1 server for the whole restaurant and while there were probably only two other tables, it took forever just to put our order in. Guess you can call this understaffed. Our table was the closest to the kitchen, yet somehow the people who arrived after us had they order taken first. Additionally, we could hear the staff yelling and arguing vulgarly from the kitchen. We ordered the lamb karahi and it took over 30 minutes to arrive. It was mostly bones and no meat. It was 100% not fresh, felt like they mixed old and new meat…. Had a pungent smell to make it all better. The look of this dish immediately put me off so I ordered the chicken kebabs which were thankfully “fresh” but nothing special, most likely made from frozen. This also took over 20 minutes! We did try the fish pakora which were ok. The same night my mother and I started experiencing an allergic reaction. Our bodies were itchy and red. The only thing we could link this to was the lamb karahi. Disgusting. Also had to ask for my cheque at least three times and that took another 15 minutes to pay. At this point there was only one other table. Super super disappointed as I’ve been wanting to take my family here for so long. Sad to say that I will not be returning to any of the locations after this particular experience. Karahi point has obviously gone downhill. Tbh just avoid this place and save your money for something better :/
The food was below average, we found hair in our dish, on Naan and in the Raita they served. The drink we ordered was below average. Ordered Mango mojito, it was just soda with barely any mango flavour. The servers were very ignorant about the hair in the food. Just said a sorry cause they had to. One of them argues that it was not hair it was a part of spices which looks like hair.
Food was full of flour and it made me have a stomach ache. Gave me stale leftover lemons.
Amazing behaviour of sayma
Food was amazing and service by Saima was great.
The staff was very friendly and kind and they even gqve us complimentary onions. Overall I reccomand.
Went last night the food was really good. We ordered bihari beef and goat karahi. The karahi was authentic and bihari beef was tender and juicy. The naans were perfect. Good ambiance, server Saima was very courteous and helpful. Overall it was a good experience. Don't forget to try the kulfi.
Went for Lunch. The lady who welcomed us was very friendly and polite, her name is Tara! We ordered butter chicken, palak paneer, garlic naans and chicken biryani! Delicious food except the biryani, it was cold and not tasty! Excellent service! Tara was very obliging, loved her energy, a peoples person. Her choice of music was soo good! We asked about dessert and her suggestion of Malai kulfi was delicious! Thank you Tara, keep up the good work.
I ordered Palak Lamb and 3 garlic naans for take away. When I reached, they charged me the full price and gave me packed food in one package telling me that everything I ordered is inside. On reaching home, I saw two plain naans instead of 3 garlic naans. I liked how there palak gosht was but this is really poor customer service. I drove 25 mins just to pick the order more specifically for the garlic naans, and then all of it became distasteful. Please make sure it doesn’t happen in future to other customers. When someone packs the food, another person at the counter must check
