Kaori Sushi and Sake Bar

Very high and quick quality service

I was a little overwhelmed by the menu until I realized most of their rolls were slight variations containing crab salad Indecision + my affinity for variety and avoiding imitation crab resulted in me ordering the chirashi bowl. As you can see, in the golden light of the setting sun, it's presented pretty nicely.... BUT, the cuts of fish were wildly uneven and half of them were seared. The searing was uneven as the thickness of each piece varied so widely - meaning some fish were almost cooked all the way through in some parts. AND, it came with a dollop of imitation crab salad! No escape! It also came with a dollop of what I believe was spicy tuna? The seaweed salad stained some of the lighter fish with fluorescent green... Appetizing! The sushi rice was decent, if only there hadn't been a pool of unagi sauce? at the bottom The fish was fresh and it filled me up, even if it wasn't prepared very neatly or uniformly. Would I pay $30 to get it again? Maybe if it had a nicer ambiance and more notable service.

Amazing place! I hit the happy hour and the food was fresh & delicious, service on point and prices just perfect! The decor is cute & nice clean restaurant. Thank you for the good experience

Server was nice, parking was easy but food was disappointing. You can tell inflation hits hard, when 3 dishes cost $90 and barely tastes like anything. Supplier or chef, something is wrong maybe both.

First time visit, and won’t be the last. The nigiri and fish quality is spectacular and I got to try all their salmon varieties which makes me very happy! More food stuff @vin.foodjournal

Came here pretty close to opening and it was quiet and pretty empty. Food thought is really good. Got only sushi and have no complaints. I did get the plum wine and I really like it. I don't like tasting alcohol so this is some nice juice! Service though is the best, they came by often making sure we were doing well.
