KAORI

I researched many places before choosing Kaori for my girlfriend’s birthday. This place was phenomenal!! We were greeted and served by Taya, who was so attentive and personable and her service to us was amazing! For our drink choices, we chose the “Airbender”, a custom drink made by an incredible bartender, Alec! All the drinks on the menu are his own creations and he puts so much love and effort into his drinks—we were blown away! The entrees we chose were delicious and beautifully plated. We have found our new favorite place in Danville for a girls bought out, or a romantic dinner! Thank you to the entire staff at Kaori for making my girlfriends BD one to remember!

The food was just fine. I didn't think it was priced very well for what they gave. The drinks were good. Service was very slow for a lunch. Never got my water refilled and I sat at the bar.

Second time coming here and had different food items. All were amazing. The spices used and the quality of the food is really great. I so enjoy this restaurant. B, our server was wonderful. she was gracious, knowledgeable, and gave us good suggestions on what to order. It was a great night.

This is a restaurant with very high quality, tasty food. Renowned chef visited with patrons, quaint location. Some of the best food I have ever enjoyed!

Everything was excellent but the standouts were: Hamachi Jalapeno, wagyu sukiyaki, gin walnut prawns, and panacotta.

What an amazing restaurant! Japanese with an Asian exquisite flair and a bar that was supremely well stocked with everything from Mezcal to Whiskey. Cocktails were off the hook! Reasonably priced. We had 3 cocktails, 3 share plates, 2 entrees of cod and salmon for $222 including tax and tip. Highly recommended! Atmosphere was noisy. Super echo-y. But alas people were truly enjoying themselves!

I am a barber in the same plaza and I've walked by this place so many times without trying it. I wish I would have tried it a lot sooner! This place is amazing! We ordered the salmon poke tacos, octopus kimchi dish, the thousand layer potatoes and the volcano cauliflower. I can't say enough good things about the volcano cauliflower it was so dang good! I was impressed by this place and the dim lighting was so relaxing after a long day. I hope you reading this order the volcano cauliflower
