Great donuts with horrible service. Went there this morning. The line was out the door. The three people working inside were primarely filling on-line orders and ignoring customers. When I spoke up about the line not moving I was met with a gaze and a comment that there were only three of them. If they had that many on-line orders, they should have designated one person to serve the customers. Edit: Placed an on-line order. Waited 40 minutes and went to pick it up. Order wasn't ready and I had to wait again while other orders were being filled. By the time my order was bing filled, some of the donuts were no longer available. If I could, I would give service zerto stars. I am not sure I will go back anytime soon.
Kane’s is a must visit for donut lovers. I’d put Kane’s on the same level as another world class donut shop: The Rolling Donut in Dublin, Ireland. Seems crazy to reference a place so far away, but you have your elite donut makers like Krispy Kreme, The Holy Donut, HiGi Donuts, etc. Then you have your average donuts like Dunkin’, Starbucks, grocery stores, and even many local shops claiming to make donuts, but it’s a hobby. But among the elite donut makers, Kane’s & The Rolling Donut always stand out. The Rolling Donut has a recipe that is slightly smaller, less sweet, and a pinch cheaper. That said, Kane’s hits the mark on size, sweetness, price, and overall consistent quality made with care. Try a specialty donut whenever you can as one of your choices. You shouldn’t buy just one donut when you visit anyway. They move customers through quickly, the staff are kind, and whatever you do: DO NOT MISS A CHANCE TO VISIT. credit, cash for payment with tap, boxes or bags for to-go. The coffee is solid to pair. Cruellers are made Fridays, and sometimes on weekends if the chef has time. Their dough is totally unique and is effectively making a whole different batch for just one donut. Thank you Kane’s for never disappointing. The honey jelly is incredible in my books of too many jelly donuts consumed. Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free Donuts
Had some great breakfast sandwiches here. Donuts are huge. I enjoyed mine, but my wife thought hers wasn't fresh, despite buying them early in the morning. Service was harried by the number of incoming orders, but still good.
