Good music, great drinks and the food is amazing, I would give it 5 stars but they cut the cable and no longer show any games

Came here with my spouse, and our 4 and 5yr olds. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the calamari, queso fundido and guacamole as appetizers and the quesadilla, shrimp steak and chicken fajitas and the Maji Maji tacos for our entres. Other than the Maji Maji tacos being greasy, everything was amazing and seasoned to perfection. We also had a pitcher of classic mojito, which allowed for countless glasses and took two desserts to go. We will absolutely be returning as this is a quality local family friendly spot! The final bill was $250 with gratuity included.

Food. Was not. Good for the price. It took over 20 min to get out our order and over hr to have it. First and last time I go. Don’t recomend it.

I used to love this place for brunch, they had a good menu decent prices and good service. Ultimately, the brunch menu had completely changed and being a regular it’s sad that we now have to find another place to go. The staff is also rude, I went in 2 days ago 15 minutes before happy hour and asked for 2 happy hour drinks, they charged me full price even thought I had already confirmed with the waitress it was happy hour. They now have a policy of 20% tip, I always tip 20% but in kandela I don’t think the staff deserves that. Terrible service and I’m not sure what drove them to charge more for less quality but it’s one of those places that used to be good and is now overly priced for no reason. Definitely don’t recommend to anyone.

From the drinks to the atmosphere and service, Kandela is good for a drink by the bar or grab a table and enjoy an appetizer & entree. The DJ is dope setting the tone on Thursdays to start the weekend!
