Kalos grill

I tried to eat here today 2/26/24@ 4:30 pm but the person working there was sitting on a table in the dining room with his back to the door talking to somebody, and completely ignored me. He never turned around. I even did the whole clear my throat to let him know I was there trick. They definitely were just talking about personal stuff. Nothing to do with this establishment. Very poor customer service.

I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. It’s unreliable with rude staff who don’t take responsibility for their actions. I ordered $700 of catering for pick up for a large group and when we arrived at the restaurant, there was simply a sign in the door saying they closed early. We were not notified at all. When I called them the next day, I was given excuses and no apology. Although they assured me we wouldn’t be charged, our credit card showed the $700 charge. When I confronted management about it again, they said they didn’t do it (then who did?!), were rude, and dismissive. We are still working on the dispute over a month later. I would discourage anyone from going to Kalos Grill - worst service I have ever experienced.

This was our first time here. The food was amazing. The gyro was packed full and the grilled chicken rice bowl was filling. Will definitely come back.

Arguably the worst Mediterranean I've ever had. The "chicken shawarma" isn't chicken shawarma, it is chopped, seasonless chicken thrown into a pita. I was offered a "deal" as the chicken shawarma wrap was discounted I went for it. The pita was technically $7 on sale, but somehow with a combo I spent over $15? Overpriced, bad service, and lame false advertised food. Will not be back. Their loss, I could have been a weekly customer.

Easy enough to find. Other food options in the vicinity included burgers, Mexican and coffee. Tsaziki sauce was bland, as was the gyro meat. Meat was dry and gyro bread was a little tough. Employees were professional & clean. Establishment was well kept and clean.

Atmosphere was fine however the service was awful. Employees were noticeably rude & the food wasn’t good at all. I was given a slopped together pita & hard fries. When I asked for a Snapple I purchased the female employee told me to get myself as if I was supposed to just know that lol. I didn’t bother to go back in I just threw the food in the trash were it belonged. They definitely lost a customer today .

We ordered $600 worth of catering which they confirmed and charged, and when we showed up to pick up our food, they were closed. They didn’t call us to let us know, and when we called the next day, they didn’t even apologize. I can see why they have staffing issues because if this is how they treat customers, I can only imagine how shady and unfair they are towards their workers.
