Starters were oily, looks like cooked as a bunch a day before and warmed before. Bulgogi is the only tasty piece of meat. So we had to reorder by paying extra. Red meat (beef plate) is one time it’s not unlimited, only pork and chicken plate is refill, which were not marinated well. Ambiance is below average, compared to the similar level of other restaurants.

Indian-Korean with the emphasis on Indian This place has nothing to do with a Korean BBQ place beside a grill in the middle of the table. But let’s first start with the positive point: the Staff is helpful and kind. Food: the flavours are more Indian than Korean, all meat tastes like a tandoori. The meat quality is mediocre. Pictures on the menu are misleading, Korean fried rice is more like a Chinese egg fried rice (see pictures). The beef bibimbap is just rice some kimchi but missing the main part BEEF. In general all the sides are a little bit too salty (I emptied a whole 1L water bottle after the visit). K-BBQ and Sushi? The sign outside is misleading as there is no Sushi whatsoever. Inside you get basically a all you can eat K-BBQ for £29.90 per person but no Sushi. In my opinion a little bit overpriced for the quality. If you want beef there is an extra charge of £3 pp (should be included). Where are the classics i.e raw garlic you get in every K-BBQ? If you go to a not all you can eat you do not spend much more but get everything you want. Atmosphere: for what do you need the 4(?) 70inch TVs in the restaurant. Are we in a KTV? IMHO they are not needed especially if they are placed directly beside your table. I assume this restaurant was opened by a Korean and then handed over to a new owner. I love Indian food but if I fancy Indian I go to a proper Indian restaurant, if I want Korean I go to a Korean Restaurant.

Did not get seated for over 45 minutes of waiting. Tried to book early on and they refused saying “just walk in” and when we got there we were ignored. Once seated did not get any information on how to order or anything for HALF AN HOUR! It had a nice atmosphere and food looked good so it was a shame we couldn’t try it, got too hungry so we left and had pizza across the street. I really wish I was exaggerating on the timings it was awful.

Very bad quality food, the service at this restaurant was awful, unfortunately the manager was very rude. we had to pay service charge even we were very unsatisfied, the charge 30£ only for chicken and pork, no beef or lamb or seafood available, Very poor hygiene in the kitchen. the toilet smells so bad and unpleasant. I do not recommend this place at all. waste money and time.

The only Korean bbq in London which includes everything! Other places charge stupid £30 for one portion of meat, and if you want extras like lettuce, rice, kimchi you have to pay extra. These aren’t extras they are the basics of Korean bbq experience. This is the only place which includes an actual unlimited meat experience, which lettuce, rice, 3 different types of kimchi, japchae (glass noodles small portion), Korean pancakes and Korean fried chicken as STARTERS! The service is horrible... we don't feel welcomed there. They also rush us to order. They are only interested in knowing if you are getting the "all you can eat bbq." Usually, when you come in a restaurant, waiters come to ask if you'd like to order some beverages. (Am I wrong?) Also, the food served (side dishes, dishes,..) are frozen food. Everything tastes the same. The sort of meat marinade used is too sweet. It's a big scam... Heard other customers saying it was disappointing. The "japchae" is just plain noodles with few veggies in it. The fried chicken is burnt, and the meat is dry inside. If you take the "all you can eat bbq," they will serve you the side dishes, which will for sure stuff you. Such as noodles, fried sorts of chicken, and dumplings, which are mostly burnt and dry.
