I dont know what happened to this place? Never used to be like this...came here at 4pm ish, there were maybe 7 customers here, empty booths. Asked for a booth and the staff was very lazy to clean one up for us, said it would be 15min wait, even tho there was 3 staff members huddled around the computer. Got seat, no one brought us straws, ginger or wasabi...no big deal, asked for some. First order went without an issue, then made the second order and waited like 20+mins, wasn't close to coming out. Canceled order and asked for the check, staff gave out nothing but attitude, like it was our fault, no explanation didn't check with the chef or anything. As we were leaving, food started coming out... ‍♂️ just a sad experience, it wasn't even packed or busy. Good luck, won't be back for awhile

Somewhat good sushi. Excellent atmosphere. Great prices.

I’m a very patient person, but waiting an hour for a take-out order when you already paid and are sitting at the table is just ridiculous. that and for the staff to tell you. “Oh, it’s almost ready in five minutes” and then waiting 30 more minutes. Or they just ignore you when you let them know that you haven’t gotten your food. We let the staff know and they said that their orders take 15 minutes usually. they didn’t want to comp, they said their only option was to refund us and would take the food back that we waited an hour for... Won’t ever come here again it’s not very customer friendly. edit: they got the whole to go order wrong too lol

Very low quality sushi Very low quality service Ordering system confusing not just for customers but also for the staff! I got the wrong dishes, took 30 minutes to get 2 sushi role. I ordered 3 roles (one didn't come at all). Gave me and 2 other tables next to me the wrong bill. Its cheao but not worth it at all.

It's a great place, but gets really busy towards the evening hours and the establishment is quite small. Plan accordingly Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheel chair friendly since the establishment is smaller than average

They force my family of 3 with 3yo kid to sit at the tall chair area simply because they think a 4 adults group needs the normal height table more.
